In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Access to bos14 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bos14 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not met.
bos14 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. bos14 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Players in Restricted Jurisdictions are not permitted to use the Platform.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

Each Player may register and operate only one (1) account on the bos14 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bos14 reserves the right to suspend all accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP or valid national ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Changes to your registered details must be submitted to the support team for verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bos14 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
bos14 is required to verify the identity of all Players. KYC verification typically requires submission of:
bos14 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is fully completed. Accounts that fail KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may be restricted.
bos14 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000. Deposits made during WIB banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Off-peak deposits may take up to 24 hours. bos14 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB banking hours by fully verified accounts are processed same-day. Off-peak requests are processed on the next banking day. bos14 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, particularly those exceeding Rp 50.000.000 or those that trigger our fraud-detection systems.
By depositing funds into your bos14 account, you confirm that all funds are lawfully obtained and are yours to use. bos14 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards. We may request proof of the source of funds for large transactions. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering or financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account immediately suspended.
All transactions on bos14 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bos14 does not currently accept cryptocurrency. All amounts displayed on the Platform use standard Western Arabic numerals with a dot as the thousands separator per Indonesian convention (e.g., Rp 1.500.000).
All bonuses and promotions offered by bos14 are subject to this section and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
New Players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rp 20.000.000. The welcome bonus is subject to a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the requirement within this period will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements:
bos14 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements; creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any winnings derived from abusive bonus use may be forfeited.
bos14 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
All bets placed on bos14 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game. For football betting — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League markets — bets on live events are subject to the result at the time of settlement according to the official competition rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. Any voided selection will be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator reduced accordingly.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and game type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be updated without prior notice. bos14 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its discretion.
In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or data feed failure, bos14 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Players will be notified and any affected funds restored to their accounts. bos14 shall not be liable for losses arising from such technical failures beyond the return of original stakes.
All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are not influenced by the size of a bet, account balance, or previous outcomes. bos14 publishes monthly RTP (Return to Player) reports for transparency.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bos14 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the bos14 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of bos14 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bos14.
bos14 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering with bos14, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with our licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. bos14 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
In any event, bos14's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made on your account. bos14 does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Any winnings may be subject to taxation under applicable Indonesian law, and it is your responsibility to comply with your local tax obligations.
You may close your bos14 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and outstanding real-money balances returned to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed.
bos14 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus balances are forfeited on termination. Real-money balances will be returned subject to satisfactory KYC completion and fraud review. bos14 is not liable for any losses arising from account termination carried out in accordance with these terms.
bos14 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of our licensing authority. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indonesian law. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, and that it is your personal responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws before participating.
bos14 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
